Trek Route:

  1. Barshaini (2,350 meters) to Kheerganga (2,960 meters): The trek starts from the village of Barshaini, which is easily accessible by road from Bhuntar or Kasol. From Barshaini, you begin the trek, following a well-marked trail through forests and along the Parvati River. The trek to Kheerganga is approximately 12 kilometers long and takes around 5 to 6 hours to complete.

  2. Kheerganga: Kheerganga is a beautiful meadow situated at an altitude of 2,960 meters. It is known for its hot water springs, where trekkers often take a dip to relax and rejuvenate. There are camping options available at Kheerganga, and you can spend the night enjoying the starry sky and the serene surroundings.

  3. Return: The return trek follows the same route back to Barshaini. It generally takes around 4 to 5 hours to descend from Kheerganga to Barshaini.
