Hu-Bu-Lan-Kar monastery is located in Kalpa a small village at a height of 2960 meter in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Hu-Bu-Lan-Kar monastery was founded by Rinchensang-po ( 950-1055 AD ).
