HOW TO REACH LANSDOWNE
By Air: The nearest airport from Lansdowne is the Dehradun Airport and for international tourists, Indira Gandhi International Airport. Lansdowne being a hill station is somewhat remote than the rest of places in Uttarakhand. From Dehradun Airport the distance is about 140 kilometres which can easily be covered by a car or a bus and from IGI Airport it would be around 270 kilometres.
By Train: The nearest airport leading to Lansdowne is the Kotdwar Railway Station which is approximately 40 kilometres away from Lansdowne. It should take you a couple of hours to reach there by bus or a cab depending on the season in which you’re travelling in.
By Road: If you’re travelling to Lansdowne by road from Delhi let’s assume then the route for you is via NH534. The distance would be around 270 kilometres and it might take you six hours or more at least depending on what weather you’re travelling in.
