Sunderghunga Trek

The trek to Sunderghunga starts from Song. The valley is also known as Valley of Beautiful Stones and is located in the pindar reagion. The total length of trek is about 55 km. first of all traveler has to take a bus or taxi from Bageshwar which is around around 36 km from Bageshwar. From Song to Loharkhet is 3 km then Loharkhet to Dhakuri (11 km) then Dhakuri to Kathi (8 km) and then Kathi to Sunderghunga Glacier (30 km). The Sunderghunga trek and pindari glacier trek are on same route Kathi.
