To reach Auli, you need to first go to Joshimath. Auli is only 16 km drive from Joshimath. From Joshimath, you can either take the Cable Car, the second largest cable car in India. The cable car is Cable Car in India from Joshimath to Auli. This cable car is 16 kms long, takes 22 minutes. You can also use the second route that is to take a cab or trek to a resort. From there, you can se chairlift for up to distance of 800 m. That is another breathtaking experience.
From DehradoonThe nearest Airport from Joshimath is Dehradoon. From Dehradoon, you can take cab and travel for 300 KM via NH 7. You can book a cab from Dehradoon.
From DelhiYou can take a bus from Delhi to Rishikesh or Haridwar. You can also go to Haridwar by train. The book a private cab direct to Auli from here. It will take around 9-10 hours. You can also take shared taxi till Joshimath from Rishikesh.
